Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience supervising field sales teams, with at least two years of demonstrated ability to lead and manage field sales representatives, ensuring team cohesion and performance. They must possess the capacity to analyze sales metrics and CRM data, such as SalesForce, to identify trends and guide strategies effectively, and be proficient in interpreting commercial dashboards with principal KPIs. Experience in the fintech or financial services industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Field Sales Supervisor will grow the business through the acquisition of new allies for the SMBs segment, leading and managing a team of 6 to 10 sales representatives in their assigned region. They will monitor team performance through daily reviews of sales metrics and CRM data, provide field support and coaching to team members, implement and adapt commercial strategies in the field, compile and analyze field data to generate actionable insights, and monitor competitors' actions in their regions. Additionally, they will ensure the achievement of sales targets and proper execution of commercial strategies.
